Daniel has been absolutely committed to getting everything signed sealed and delivered as quickly as possible. Unfortunately the sale was only due to the passing of my mother, and Dan handled this delicate issue with an excellent amount of tact. I came into the process of talking directly to Daniel quite late in the long story of the sale of 88 Queens Walk, but to this point I know through my conversations with my agent and my family he was absolutely on the ball and no request was too much.
Without Daniel's commitment to making this happen, I would not be able to now proceed with buying my own home with the proceeds of my mums house sale. Daniel kept everybody calm, fielded far too many calls and dealt with far too many moany people but the result in the end, was a good one.
My review is as somebody who was dependent on and involved with the sale, however not the person who instructed it so some areas I will not be able to fill in properly, however I am sure the person who actually instructed the sale will be able to do so.
Daniel, thank you for everything - if every estate agent was like you, Purple Bricks would be dead and buried.
