I asked Bradleys to let my house in St. Thomas, Exeter which had unexpectedly been vacated with only 6 weeks notice by my previous tenant. Both Katie and Kirsty did an excellent job in finding me a new tenant with only an immediate change over and a slightly improved rent. The rest of Bradleys' devolved â€ÂÂœMove-in†Admin. Team did a good job too and I was very satisfied with all services provided (at a reasonable fee too).
