We approached McCarthy Holden to sell our property this year as they had sold our previous property in 2003 and we knew we could rely on their professionalism and integrity.
Once again, they exceeded our expectations and provided a first class honest service. Both John and Luke spent time with us to understand the property we were selling. As a result, they worked out exactly how to market our property and identify the right clients. Within a few weeks, we had accepted an offer after much interest and many viewings. Luke kept us informed regularly and managed the sale for us. Even when an unexpected issue arose, beyond the control of everyone involved, he was determined to get the best outcome for us and kept everybody updated and did everything he could to move the process forward until the issue was resolved. Calm, dedicated and sincere, I would definitely recommend McCarthy Holden for yet again making a potentially stressful situation a positive, transparent process. Many thanks
