I asked Bradley's to value and market my mother's house having had a positive experience getting a valuation for Probate after my father died. Lorna's valuation was spot-on and after only a week we had an offer at the sale price - it has taken only 6 weeks from the house going on the market to completion. All the staff are friendly, reliable and helpful and communicate well. I can thoroughly recommend Bradley's and will use them again.
Comment on agent fees
Fees were fairly standard at current rates but well worth it for an exceptional service. The brochure produced as marketing material was very good and the photos were excellent.
