have rented a property and vacated the property now. needed to chase after them and finally got the deposit after been charged an arm and leg, They are yet to repay me the overpaid rent.
The office seems to be closed all the time-- Not sure if they have gone into administration,

Also had this problem. Have been trying to get a deposit back from August and now I cannot contact them at all.

Thank you for your feedback, i am surprised to hear this as Rachel is usually very helpful and attentive with everybody but i will discuss with her. Regarding the extension we were acting on the Landlords instruction to only extend by 1 month, it seems when you went to him directly he decided to reconsider. Best wishes ...
