We viewed a house in Pirton as this was the only location we wanted to move to.
Paul Hurren took us round and we worked with Paul and his Manager Phil to agree a price on this unusual house.
It then started to become very complicated involving a poor Solicitor and the local Council who had not signed off the house 8 years before when built.
Paul worked daily with the Council to break down the issues to get them resolved, he must have made 30 calls to them.
He updated us daily.
It would have been easy for us to give up and look for another property but he kept positive and kept up our interest.
in the end he sorted the issues got everything to our Solicitor, we exchanged and we move on the 10th July.
This only happened due to Paul's persistance and good support from his Manager Phil.
Good job all round and a satisfied customer who will come back.
