Absolutely the WORST agent I have EVER had, they only carried out repair (I had no cold water in kitchen for 3 months) after I called in the council. Other repairs not done at all. Hot water not working correctly for 3 months. They are rude as well, they don't reply to phone calls or e-mails. The head office is worse than useless, and say they can't do anything as it is a franchise. I asked if McDonalds would tolerate one of their franchises giving appalling customer service, and they wouldn't answer me. I would advise anyone NEVER rent a property from this company especially Newark, Notts.

I have to agree with all unhappy tenents of belvoir out there. Abosolute bloody joke. I have 1 mth left to go on lease thankgod. Not only did they tell me the house for rent would be completed before i moved in (2mths later) Had no choice but to live with my 2 young children at my parents from nov to 1st jan 10 as id given notice at previous home...then they inform me theres no gas metre in property etc etc. I have no garden just mud no fencing dangerous patio doors that have not been fitted correctly and randomly sprayed orange insulation foam around the gaps. plaster faling off walls. List goes on... I will be atempting to seek comp as i have never been so stressed out. Stay away guys!
