I was in the unfortunate position of being made homeless from 19th January 2018 due to my current Landlord wanting his property back due to his circumstances changing.

Rebecca initially showed my mother and I around both St Domingo Vale and Waterperry Drive.

Rebecca was sympathetic to my situation and was empathetic, polite, professional in her manner and by the time both Mum and I had been shown around both properties both of us were so impressed by her professionalism and knowledge in what was a still is a very stressful time.

I met Janet and have had dealings with her during the Referencing and My Employment dealings and once again the same politeness, professionalism and courtesy was shown making my dealings with Belvoir, the most positive and easy going experiences I have experienced.

Rebecca and Janet are a credit to both themselves and to Belvoir and I am so pleased to have had the experience of being introduced to them.

I am a very lucky person to now be contemplating moving into what is such a lovely property a big thanks for this has to go Rebecca, Janet and Belvoir.

Keep up the great work and standards that were and are still on show.
Comment on agent fees
Although there are similar prices within the market I am a firm believer you only get what you pay for and your fees were for the Rolls Royce service I received.
