Space lettings are great. They look after my property, anything goes wrong they are on it straight away. I am contacted asap if there is a query & I am sent my statements every month. Very efficient & proffesional service. Would throughly recommend Jeremy & his team!

We did find someone who would go a tiny bit cheaper as a one off deal, but after failing to get hold of them repeatedly by phone or in person, we decided that the extra few pounds were worth it to get the service we needed from Space Lettings.

I have checked on the position and the flat was being sublet on shortlets by this reviewer without permmission and in breach of the lease for the property and this is why the landlord requested possession. The reviewer disputed this but continued short lets in any case right up until possession was gained.
