Just want to say a big thank you to Jamie for all his hard work - he's been involved in our property search right from the beginning over 6 months ago now. He's friendly and knows his stuff and I always felt like he was available if I had questions which as a first time buyer was really important to me. He kept me updated and did lots of chasing in the background, and always came back on emails etc when he said he would. He also had a good relationship with the vendors which made a long drawn out purchase run a lot more smoothly. So thanks Jamie!

Monthly and set up fees are lower than other firms. I was charged £60 for a smoke alarm test, which must have involved somebody pressing a couple of buttons for all of 5 seconds, this is probably par for the course though I imagine.
