Albany Rd branch rented us a property that was later seized by Environmental Health for being a fire hazard. We moved into another property, furnished, with no beds. Canton branch did nothing to help.
Albany Rd lettings manager Sarah is the rudest person I have ever encountered. Her attitude towards customers is utterly disgusting.
A short review says nothing about the stress we encountered because of their incompetence.
Current landlord severed all ties with them, life is much easier.
AVOID.

Issues as a tenant as well. They gave me a dodgy property with no hot water, no fire alarms, no working appliances, urine stained mattress and carpets. They aren't properly relaying information I am giving them to the landlord leading to delays, landlord has had enough and said shes not dealing with it. Now I am issueing a lawsuit against the landlord to reclaim money in lost rent and damages.
