Michael Brown came to value the house and from stepping over the doorstep we knew we had made the right choice . He was a genuinely nice guy , he didn't put any pressure on us to go with his company unlike some of the Estate Agents we have dealt with over the last 37 years ! He talked about the market and after giving us a valuation we decided to put the house up for sale . To cut a long story short it sold the very next day ! Angie Powell then kept us up to date at every stage . We have never had a sales progressor before and it made the whole process so much easier .Angie did an amazing job chasing people up and sorting problems all the way through . During this time we suffered a terrible family bereavement but for the care of Michael , Angie and all the team we would have pulled out of the whole process . Their kindness went above and beyond anything we could have expected .

Hi David, just to address your concerns that you have addressed within your review. Looking at your file, I can see we had several delays throughout the transaction with the property being unregistered title, incorrect title plans, solar panels etc. These are all issues dealt with by a solicitor and are out of an estate agent's control.
