After attempting to sell my apartment for almost 2 years off and on with an alternative agent I finally made the decision to switch to Bradley's in Newquay. From the outset I found them to be very professional and personable. The service was excellent and I sold my apartment for close to the asking price within 2 months! A special mention to Shah who has a very calm yet efficient manner and to Richard who was very accommodating and always willing to assist where necessary. Also to Olivia who was excellent. Having bought and sold property for almost 20 years to find an agent where all staff are of a high calibre is highly unusual and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
Comment on agent fees
All fees are too high in the industry! However I was pleased that Richard was able to reconsider the fees with his line manager in order to make the deal happen.
