Can't really say anything positive about my experience with this branch. Poor communication, poor attention to detail, lack of drive. Could not wait to get out of contract with them. Would not recommend them to anyone looking to sell a property.

Hello,
this branch in Brentwood is absolutely unprofessionell!
They gave me the confirmation to move in my new property after TLC and paying all fees including first month rent. There is just my reference of work is missing which they will get next week.
I asked them on Thursday if all is fine to move in on Saturday, no response. On Friday I have received the contract for signing. Afterwards they confirm me on phone that I can move in on Saturday.

After the confirmation I have prepared all (moving company, buying new wash machine and fridge, putting my staff together, final cancelling agreement on time with my current landlord.
This morning Saturday they told me surprisingly I`m not allow to move in the new property because the work reference is missing!!
I`m sitting here now with my pregnant wife two kids and all my stuff and I don`t now where to go!!!!! And now response to my complaint Emails!
I need to move in today, I`m not able to move in next week after Eastern because I need to work abroad next two weeks!
They leave me alone and there aren`t care whats about my situation now!
Never this agency again!!!!!!
