We purchased a property recently through Belvoir and found the agency really helpful. Jam was really proactive in chasing things up to get us to the point of exchange of contracts as soon as possible. We also found whenever she was out of office another member of the team would contact us to let us know they would take over temporarily, meaning we always got quick responses. We would buy/ sell though them again, although we hope not to be moving again for some time! :-)
