If I could rate haart as 0 I would. It's a case of buyer beware!!!!! Please think twice before buying a propery through haart. Their business practices are dishonest and misleading.Despite receiving written confirmation that our offer was accepted and the house would be taken off the market, it was withdrawn due to a higher offer allegedly being received. The offer made was what the seller asked for. The agent was obnoxious and rude. Please don't waste your time putting in an offer as their greed will lead to them dropping you without a second thought
