Never ever hand over money to this company or deal with them at all! I was recently looking to rent a property, and have viewed many with other agents,.however, when viewing properties with Jeffrey Ross on two occasions they didn't have the keys for acces. I had no phone call or email to let me know, I ended up sitting outside an empty property for abouit 20 mins. Second attempt was similar except time they told me the property was let - which it wasn't. That level of poor service at the start should have rung alarm bells! They eventually sorted out their "administration" issues and found a suitable property, but couldn't move in until early December. I received no furthe communication from, Jeffrey Ross, nothing no phone call o email yet again! I was trying to find somewhere temporary in the meantime but due to Rugby matches in Cardiff and other events short term lets and the AirBnB route wasnt an option. I rang Jeffrey Ross for a refund of the holding fee, not a chance, even though I had not signed a contract or anything else. Mry reasons for cancelling where geniuine and no fault of my own, if I had just changed my mind fair enough but too add insult to injury, no sympathy,no apolgy just rubbish customer and I feel like I've been ripped off for £300 when they did nothing to earn it except cause me stress and upset. DO NOT USE JEFFREY ROSS

Yeah like with all your properties you run as on behalf of the landlord, just ** you eat every morning. I wonder how you *** sleep every night knowing that every day you screw someone just for ** satisfaction of incom? Corrupted and money laundering company so if you are looking to rent something you better stay on the street as they service is like like **** ...
