DO NOT USE THIS ESTATE AGENTS - as a landlord I foolishly thought that using an agent would provide a certain amount of support and security - I couldn't have been more mistaken. The service I received from A & H was shockingly poor and resulted in costs to me of thousands of pounds. To add insult to injury, they then dipped into the tenants deposit in order to help themsleves to disputed fees. My strongest recommendation is that you should choose another agent - any other agent would be a good choice.

They didn’t provide any service worth paying for - it I had posted an add in the local paper I would have made a much better choice.

Our only difficulty is with the billing/payment system. If is unclear, difficult to understand and they don't seem to be able to consolidate payments, (unlike other agents we use), which makes a lot of work for us and our accountant.
