Anita kept me up-to-date with the status of the sale throughout the period which was longer than normal. She called me every week and chased all parties in order to bring the sale to a conclusion as early as possible and although it seemed to go on for a long time, I felt Anita was on the case at all times.

Hi David, just to address your concerns that you have addressed within your review. Looking at your file, I can see we had several delays throughout the transaction with the property being unregistered title, incorrect title plans, solar panels etc. These are all issues dealt with by a solicitor and are out of an estate agent's control.
