Sam is excellent and provided services honestly, expertly and seamlessly. He is truly the best. He had a very professional yet caring and friendly approach. He was knowledgeable and had a keen eye for detail. His communication has been outstanding regarding all matters such as updating on the market, referencing procedures and staying in touch. There were no hidden fees and clear description of all elements that were included. I fully and whole-heartedly recommend Sam and look forward to working with him again.
