From my first meeting with Giovanni Amoroso on Wednesday August 2nd to exchange on Monday November 13th, I have been more than happy with the service I have received from him and the level of professionalism and integrity he has shown me has been second to none. As soon as I met him regarding the sale of my late mother's apartment, I knew he was the agent to help me sell it. He kept in touch with me throughout the process, which could not have gone any more smoothlly, by phone and text and email, and he is a credit and a real asset to Connells. Indeed, I will have no hesitation in recommending him and Connells to friends and family. Well done!!

Fees were OK at 1%, but in retrospect a simple sale like mine could have been done more appropriately at say 0.75%. I did take an enhanced service offering a client discount for using the agents financial services, in retrospect I do not think that was necessary for my buyer but it cost me a discount in sale price.
