I've sold 4 houses over the years through Alan Cummings Estate Agent without an issue. The most recent sale was 4 months ago which was marketed, buyer found and the sale completed in 11 weeks. One previous sale many years ago did take a little longer however this was due to other factors and not due to the capabilities and professionalism of the staff members which I could not and still cannot fault. Excellent service over the years!
