Mine has been a long and complex process, including a sale that stalled due to someone in the chain pulling out at the last minute. Throughout the whole thing - six months - all the staff at Helmore's were efficient and thorough. Rona handled the initial part of my sale and purchase brilliantly, and then Loren took over. Loren kept me informed, calmed me down when I needed that, chased things when I asked her, at all time unfailingly calm and courteous. I never once felt I was being "fobbed off" but instead was always listened to and treated respectfully. Great job, both of you!

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
