Very dissatisfied with Campbell and co. Has no issues until they started viewings before we left. During these viewings they turned our oil supply off and tried to get us to pay for a new boiler. There were no issues with the boiler which was confirmed by a contractor sent to look at it. Despite this we were forced to go without any heating for 4 days during winter months with a small baby in the house. There were also problems with damp in the property that was present prior to us moving in. The estate agents were aware of this but are now claiming no prior knowledge. They are using this as a reason to with hold our deposit. We were told we would receive our deposit in 7 days however we are now being told it is being with held for reasons that were not raised during the final inspection which we were present at. On top of this the staff are exceptionally rude and unprofessional * who uses threats to achieve compliance.

Since there have been no deductions from tenants deposits of late it is easy to establish who this is and it isn't a 'Pat'.
There was a small deduction for cleaning of which the tenants held their hands up to. The bulk of the deduction was for a wash hand basin that had a hole broken in it. it unfortunately had to be replaced. All requests (and repairs/fixes) have to be granted by the client. If they do not get back then we are unable to do anything unless it is an emergency. When he actually got back a mattress was supplied

This review is at best the product of someone who is never happy or content. I have a good idea of the person and property in question. upon move in, there were some pots & pans and duvets etc in the property. Nothing unusual, but this tenant felt this was a disaster! She also was very upset that about some general wear and tear marks on the walls.
