Joe and the whole team at paul wallace went above and beyond for my sale which was essential given I was no longer in the Cheshunt area. In what proved to be a tricky sale they showed their value with great communication and being able to help where only a local agent with great knowledge could get the job done. Thank goodness I avoided purple bricks or we'd likely be trying to exchange and complete.
Comment on agent fees
Very good value for the first class service, yes there are cheaper but if you value speed and stress reduction it's worth it.
