I contacted Fahren estate agents to sell my apartment in Bournemouth. Nick came to value the property and gave me some excellent tips to make my flat more saleable and appealing to future purchasers. I followed low cost cosmetic tips which must have done the trick because Fahren's sold my flat within 2 weeks. Nick and Julian are so professional and friendly, I felt completely confident with them, Adam too although we only had occasional telephone conversations. I would definitely use there services again and would not hesitate to recommend them. Thank you chaps for a quick, efficient and successful sale!

Hi there. I'm sorry that you have had trouble Amy with us. We would only send in contractors if you were out and we have used them for many years to trust them explicitly. All deposits are registered in the TDS so they are protected from you, us and the landlord.

The agency couldve been helpful and polite. Not rude argumentative when asked a question regarding our rights and atleast called or emailed us for when we move out the property to help us find somewhere else! Awful just awful. The worst estate agency in Bournemouth!Attached Filesnbsp;
