Ashleigh Fisher's Review – Property Co-ordinator
Barnard Marcus
Date: 9th November 2017
Since Ashleigh Fisher, became our property co-ordinator in July'16, she exhibited certain qualities which stood out. They are:
• Good communication skills i.e. to speak and also to 'listen' actively to the person you are communicating with. i.e. Manager's, Tenant, landlord etc.
• Dealing with Ashleigh twice or thrice a week, I discovered this essential skill
• Customer focus: I discovered early on, that Ashleigh has a genuine desire to place emphasis on the Tenant and within her ability (inspite of some really unreasonable, difficult & awkard Tenants), to provide the service they expect.
• Friendliness & Flexibility – Ashleigh is approachable & friendly when approached for help & advice.
• She has demonstrated flexibility within an 'agreed and reasonable' framework to assist or meet a challenging deadline. Ashleigh understands that in today's changing & challenging business environment we need to be flexible, or the competition will swallow us up or we will be left behind. She has demonstrated this effectively
• True to her own beliefs and principles
My observation of Ashleigh , is to be a success in her role and is aware
it is more a matter of being true to her own beliefs and principles, providing
an effective service, doing her best, even in the smallest of things, and never taking for granted the simple achievements in work life i.e. to meet the concerns and needs of her Tenants and fulfil her daily objectives.
• Caring
Ashleigh does care about her Tenants, even those who make unfair demands, insinuations, implied threats, harsh statements and who even border on being rude. This is something I have recently witnessed.
• Calmness & Tolerance: In spite of unjustified & unfair comments, accusations, with no foundation, allegations that can't be substantiated, Ashleigh still treats tenants politely, calmly and with tolerance pointing him/ her to the person
or department who could help address the issue or problem. I've never seen her lose her temper with the Tenant while maintaining her dignity. She is firm and assertive and does not hesitate to say 'no' when the occasion demands it.
• Seizing new Opportunities
She is not daunted by the challenges she encounters each day. She knows
the road to success is not a path you find, but a trail you blaze. She is not
backward to seize new opportunities, take on more responsibility and
overcome new challenges.
I believe she is motivated by the saying:
• Never be afraid to do something new. Remember, amateurs built the ark; professionals built the titanic
• Making a Difference Ashleigh has learnt that when there are difficulties and when facing adversity she can really make a 'big difference'. Ashleigh is firm assertive and professional in all her dealings with her customer
• Flying the Flag: I believe she flies the flag high for Barnard Marcus. There's loyalty and pride in all she does.
• In her Business, I'm sure she will give entire satisfaction to all her peers.
Thank you Ashleigh for all you have done in your role as our Property Co-ordinator.
I believe that Ashleigh is a good Ambassador for her company. I wish her every success in all that she undertakes to do both now and in the future.

Been without heating and hot water for nearly 3 weeks. No one working for this agency could give a *... Middle of winter and they just ignore you or tell you to wait for someone else to call. Pathtic but apparently I have to wait for 8 weeks of being without heating and hot water to report anything...
