I called regarding a property Wards had on there books. I was bombarded with offers of Financial advice and solicitors that they could provide for me, I had told them that I had these issues in place but they didnt seem to take no for an answer. (Very Pushy) I decided to place an offer on a house they had showed me but found it very difficult to get anybody to call me back. I had to deal with somebody different each time they eventually got in touch with me. Meanwhile I got these annoying send all texts telling me about other propertys. I waited for a response. I hadnt heard from them so called them back. I was told the house had been sold. Wards seem to be too obsessed with making as much money as possible and have forgot to give a dam about there customers
What agent could do to change your mind?
More personal care, they seem too busy for you.

Lazy and rude. If you want an agent who will help in a chain to move the selling and buying process along, then go somewhere else. Once Wards have a buyer, they will sit back and let everybody else do the work whilst they watch ...

Agree totally with this review. They don't stick to their side of the agreement and let everyone else do the work for them and then charge astronomical fees for doing nothing. Never ever use them. ...
