I was viewing a property in the Tower in Cwmbran and being shown around by Jade. She was warm and welcoming and answered all the questions I had regarding the property. I asked if there were any others like this around and she recommended me another one, we arranged a viewing for the same night and I was blown away. Again, she was very knowledgeable of the property and answered all my queries regarding the rental process. The morning after I called up and Jamie assisted me with securing the property. He was very professional but made me feel very comfortable with the process.
When I popped into the branch to finish all the paperwork they welcomed me in and I didn't feel any pressure as I signed for the flat.
The whole process was simple and without the help of Jade and Jamie I wouldn't be renting a flat as nice as I am. I can't thank them enough.
