Before selling, my property had been let for many years with another major agency in Exmouth. For the sale, I decided to get a quote from Bradleys simply for comparison. I was immediately impressed by the positive, friendly and enthusiastic approach taken by Bradleys' staff. The value of the property was accurately assessed by Lorna who showed a thorough understanding of similar property sales in the area. We agreed to market at a slightly lower price than her valuation and soon achieved lots of viewings and an acceptable offer. After initial 'Sale Agreed', Lorna and the Bradleys team did not sit back but guided the purchasers through various negotiations (e.g. new kitchen, replacement windows, etc) and spent several hours visiting the property with them until they were satisfied. The sale went through smoothly without undue delay and we are very satisfied customers. We would recommend Bradleys for their spark, drive and general initative.
Comment on agent fees
I believe the fixed fee that we paid is slightly above the norm for this type of property, but you get the service that you pay for.
