Victoria has been working on our behalf for a number of months. During that time she has called us almost every week for an update chat. The market has been quiet since the election in June 2017. Nevertheless, Victoria has remained very positive. When viewings are arranged, we get a good briefing on the buyers and invariably there is a follow-up call which we find extremely useful; it's important to know what the buyers liked or disliked. Despite putting our sale on hold whilst we have done some major refurbishment, she has maintained contact.
Victoria makes us feel like valued clients and nothing is too much trouble. She is a real credit to Haart Lincoln.
Comment on agent fees
Haart earns their fees; the photos of our property are to a very high standard and the sales brochure presents our property in the very best light.
