Ridiculous fees for moving in, checking out, and everything else. Difficult to get in contact with, not helpful when you do. The staff at the branch wouldn't answer any questions I had, merely presented me with documentation and told me to find out for myself. Would not recommend.
Comment on agent fees
Fees are the highest I've ever seen with any agents. Full security deposit was returned minus a £200 "moving out fee" before moving in a fee of 1 months rent was paid (non-returnable) I've now begun a tenancy with an independent agent who charged £50 of fees and nothing else (except security deposit) to put your move's fees into perspective.
