I received excellent service from Angie at Starkey and Brown on selling my property. It was a shared ownership property with additional challenges associated with a third party being involved but everything was dealt with in an extremely timely and professional manner. I was updated weekly and any problems were highlighted immediately to myself.

The fees were in line with most local agents.

Hi David, just to address your concerns that you have addressed within your review. Looking at your file, I can see we had several delays throughout the transaction with the property being unregistered title, incorrect title plans, solar panels etc. These are all issues dealt with by a solicitor and are out of an estate agent's control.
