Thank you Martin and team again for the extremely professional job you did for us with the sale of our old house and purchase of our new house,both done through the Newick branch of mansell Mctaggart.it all went really smoothly thanks to your willingness to pick up the phone whenever needed,and the way you and your team liased with all the people in our chain,including 3 sets of solicitors,your willingness to do this made the sale much easier and less stressful than house moves normally are.
This is the third time we've used Martin and his team for both sale of our old house and purchase of our new houses,and will definitely be using them again if we ever move.

The house was sold very quickly and with no fuss whatsoever. Martin was the link needed between buyer and seller and ensured that we were kept up to date throughout. Not cheap but you only ever get what you pay for....
