I have just finished my tenancy with Pearl & Coutts and can say without hesitation that this has been the best landlord-experience I have had. I initially took out a 1-year tenancy agreement with P&C for a high-spec, newly-remodelled 2-bed flat in a converted library-building in central London. This flat subsequently became my home for 7 years, during which time I could not have asked for a better landlord. Every aspect of my interactions with P&C have been positive… all paperwork and tenancy documentation was dealt with efficiently, repairs/maintenance requirements were on every occasion actioned quickly (and without hesitation), all dealings with either Dorian, Darren, Angela and Hannah have been effortless and unlike other landlords I have dealt with, my deposit was returned in full within 3 days. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Darren, Angela and the wider Pearl & Coutts team for a great experience and for being a joy to work with. Your conduct throughout has been faultless and to that end, I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Pearl & Coutts to anyone looking for a professional, easy-to-deal-with landlord that is up-front, fair and attentive.
