After initially having the property listed by Ian Blanchford & Rob Stoyle, we knew we had made the right choice getting Helmores to market our house. Straight away we had viewings and then offers. James negotiated the sale professionally, but also kept it real and personal. Loren then handled the sale once in the hands of solicitors and you couldn't ask for more with regular updates by phone and email. As a vendor I couldn't recommend them more highly, just wished they had been the agent dealing with my new purchase. Thank you Team Helmores.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
