I explained to Damien Scott the general characteristic of an investment property that I was looking for, who was promptly able to identify with my requirements and make arrangements for a viewing of a property that just came on the market.
The viewing went better than initially anticipated; he was willing to return to the property in the evening so my co-investor could see the property as well.
Damien and I arranged to discuss this opportunity further the very next morning where we were able to agree on the price with the vendor. The negotiating stage was very short, simple and nerve free.
Damien was supportive and encouraging throughout the purchase process whilst the lenders and the solicitors were working through the required formalities. Damien was able to provide guidance to me and the seller throughout the time where we were waiting on others.
I purchased the property over the summer and had a excellent experience and would definitely contact Damien and the WJ Meade team again for further investment opportunities.
