Throughout what proved to be a protracted and difficult sale process, Katy and her colleagues at the St Ives office were consistent in maintaining communications with me at all times and doping their level best to ensure I was kept informed and updated on all developments during the transaction. They were always very professional and demonstrated patience and good humour.
Comment on agent fees
It would be helpful to be able to agree a flat fee that took into account the VAT add ons.
