Absolutely disgusting customer service!
After viewing the property they told us that the price had been increased, we accepted because we liked the house, big mistake. Then after moving in and speaking with the Landlord , we found out that he doesn't get charged a fee and we pay it via a rent increase which was not disclosed to us at the time of the let!
Absolute thieves, Tenant Direct and the Landlord.
They charged us an admin fee and now we are paying a higher rent to pay for the Landlords letting fee.
Bunch of cowboys and their Landlords!

Hayden, we both know that everything I stated in my review was completely accurate, this is why you did not dispute anything in your reply. For anyone reading this comment, we, the tenants went through The Property Ombudsman to claim compensation from Tenant Direct.
