Recently I purchased a new home in Scunthorpe through Starkey and Brown, dealing with Anita Savage. This was a stressful event especially as I work abroad most of the time, however my stress levels were kept under control, due to the weekly updates I was receiving from Anita. She made sure I understood where the progress was, and more importantly the reason if nothing had progressed. She even explained when our house sale in Leeds was not progressing and she wasn't even dealing with that sale. If I ever move house again (I'm not !!) I would put my faith in Anita and Starkey and Brown to be the agents, and I will be promoting them to family and friends should they be selling property.

Hi David, just to address your concerns that you have addressed within your review. Looking at your file, I can see we had several delays throughout the transaction with the property being unregistered title, incorrect title plans, solar panels etc. These are all issues dealt with by a solicitor and are out of an estate agent's control.
