I have let a property through Reeds Rains Folkestone for a number of years, with three sets of tenants. This in itself is testament to the efforts that Phil put into finding the right tenants. The vetting process is thorough and I was kept informed at all stages. With tenants in situ Phil has monitored the tenancy with regular checks or the property, bringing any issues to my attention and organising any remedial works where required. Throughout each tenancy I have felt that Phil has had my best interests at the fore when managing the property.
