I would recommend Bacon & Co head and shoulders above any other Estate Agent I have dealt with. From beginning to end, Scott in particular was friendly, honest and reliable, always making himself available to update us or to answer our many enquiries we had. The honest feedback from viewings was particularly helpful, giving us the opportunity to make subtle changes which we had previously overlooked. Scott also helped by relentlessly chasing the rest of the chain, including agents, brokers, banks and solicitors when things went quiet, ensuring that the process continued to move forward. Despite complications beyond Bacon's control, Scott's actions, pro-activeness, calmness and helpful approach ensured that this was a positive experience with an extremely successful outcome in both sale and purchase. Without the help and intervention of Scott (and Ben, Natalie, Natasha and David where required), I fear that we would've had a far less positive outcome. Thank you all!
Comment on agent fees
The fees are very reasonable when you consider the additional effort and care that Bacon's put in. Assurance and peace of mind are priceless when going through the house selling / buying process.
