I would sooner live in a cardboard box under a bridge than use this dreadful agency again. Never ever trust this agency, particularly the owner/manager (Belvoir Tynedale), get everything in writing and ensure you take pictures of everything.
I think the frequent use of the word "Lies" on this site pretty much sums Belvoir up. Avoid like the plague. A good dose of swine flu would probably be more enjoyable and less expensive than an encounter with this agency.
In my opinion this is a franchise whose branches are operated by unprofessional, underhand individuals who are out purely for personal gain and have little professional knowledge or integrity.

It sounds like a dispute over a deposit deduction which I can assure readers will be genuine, but then we rarely meet anyone who is happy with a deduction from the bond. It also needs to be kept in mind we are agents and the decision is not ours it is the landlords at the end of the day.
