IRD advertise as no deposit so i enquired as this is rare. I spoke to a girl *who was extremely patronizing and basically told me if all i cared about was that they didn't want me anyway. I had no issue with paying a deposit i had an issue with the misleading information! Extremely rude would not go near!

Ladies and Gentlemen - really funny guy. It is a pity that we are not able to put his emails here - believe me it is much better than comedy central ! Mr Rhiannon has a problem to paid the deposit as for him it is something strange and '' My issue is that you advertise the flats as having no deposit when in fact this is not the case'' but the girl explained him step by step everything.
Don't recommend that person as a tenant - you will have a lot of problems.

Horrible and disrespectful landlord. He doesnt even respect his own staff. They keep increasing the rent and threaten to kick you out. They refuse to send you a letter and bother you on the phone all day. They are scum. Avoid please................................................... Avoid...
