I recently asked Starkey and brown to rent out my property, ashleigh first came to see me at the house and explained everything to me, and it all seemed straight forward and easy and that's how it turned out to be, everyone I dealt with were really warm and friendly, I didn't have to do anything, they did all the viewings, photos, back ground checks and agreements, nothing was too much trouble

Hi David, just to address your concerns that you have addressed within your review.
Looking at your file, I can see we had several delays throughout the transaction with the property being unregistered title, incorrect title plans, solar panels etc. These are all issues dealt with by a solicitor and are out of an estate agent's control. I can see Angie took good care of you and kept you updated throughout the process. I'm pleased it all went through OK for you in the end.
