I came to Ann at Reeds & Rains after being recommended by a friend as my bank wasn't able to provide me with the amount that my husband and I needed. Ann spoke to us about our future plans and looked at our monthly budget. Ann showed us various lenders and recommended that NatWest suited our needs. Ann kept us informed all the way through the process and always dealt with us professionally. Whenever I came into the branch I was always given a warm welcome by all the team, this made Reeds & Rains stand out from other estate agents, we had already seen, as they can be intimidating places to go to. I would highly recommend Ann and the team in Folkestone!
