We started looking for a house almost 18 months ago. Even though we had an offer accepted on another property early on, Billy made sure that he stayed in touch and kept us posted with any new properties on the market just in case... And of course, when our first purchase fell through, this information proved crucial in finding us the home we really wanted.
Billy was helpful throughout the whole process but, most of all, he really listened to what we were looking for. This was a stark contrast to other estate agents who kept sending through properties that did not meet our needs at all. In fact it was on his insistence that we found the property we eventually purchased.
It was because of this positive experience that we decided to market the sale of our flat with WJ Meade - and again they did a brilliant job. Billy made sure everyone in the team visited our flat and knew exactly how to sell it. In fact they did everything they possibly could to make sure we had an intact chain and could go ahead.
