would like to say a massive thank you to all the team for there help in the sale of my property after a few set backs we got there, I can't thank Angie enough for all the help she gave if it wasn't for her the house wouldn't of sold every time I needed help and advice she was there I got the feeling that she truly cared about me and I'm very grateful for that. thank you again Starkey and brown will definitely recommend you and use you again

Hi David, just to address your concerns that you have addressed within your review.
Looking at your file, I can see we had several delays throughout the transaction with the property being unregistered title, incorrect title plans, solar panels etc. These are all issues dealt with by a solicitor and are out of an estate agent's control. I can see Angie took good care of you and kept you updated throughout the process. I'm pleased it all went through OK for you in the end.
