I have had a terrible experience with Bridgfords. The apartment was poorly maintained and not clean when I moved in. The boiler was hanging from the wall with water dripping from the overflow tank when turned on. This is actually a criminal matter but have had no apology or financial reimbursement for staying in a hotel after moving moving in due to the lack of hot water. The ventilation did not work. The shower hoses were all rusted. There was a horrendous smell of something dead in the bathroom which additional grouting appears to have improved. The washing machine only works intermittently. The central heating has never worked since I moved in. The staff are rude and incompetent. Also they still haven't given me my car parking permit despite weekly requests. Again no reimbursement. This could be a lovely apartment but just cannot continue to deal with this mismanagement company. I would recommend avoid at all costs. They are a rogue agency.
