Awful, dishonest and purely interested in achieving their own targets. They will say anything to get to sign the contract and I was also mislead and mis-sold additional extras which I did not need and was asked to pay upfront for them in my own home.
Then once you've signed they do not contact you with any regular updates and do not return any calls. Communication is terrible.
Overall I experienced from them a lack of integrity and transparency.
I would not recommend this estate agency at all.

Very high fees. Over 1.4%! The worst thing is that they conceal the total costs by splitting fees and it was not made clear or transparent.

Our only difficulty is with the billing/payment system. If is unclear, difficult to understand and they don't seem to be able to consolidate payments, (unlike other agents we use), which makes a lot of work for us and our accountant.
